Can be tied to the side of your boat or kayak when anchored to release your secret recipe or pre-purchased berley mix into the water. It will release slowly to ensure you are giving the fish an entrée and not 3 courses, otherwise they might be full before even seeing your bait.

Fill it with pellets and bread that will absorb any liquids or diced fish that you add to the mix to ensure a slow and consistent release.
